Refund Policy
We have a clear cancellation and refund policy to provide the best service to our clients.
There are deadlines in every project.
An overview of the project's scope of work is created after a thorough discovery/analysis has been conducted. This prevents project cancellations, reversals, and disagreements by ensuring both parties know what needs to be done.
- Refunds are not available for work that has already been completed since goals take time to reach.
- After completion of the work, the client remains the sole owner, and any further payments are non-refundable. Payments and deposits made in the past will not be refunded. Payment will not be refunded once the client approves mock-up designs and the project progresses.
- We do not offer partial refunds halfway through a project.
- Our marketing team does not accept cancellations for special event services.
- There can be no cancellation of these limited-time offers. There is no refund for web/app packages, but a written cancellation notice 30 days in advance is acceptable. Refunds are not available for abandoned or parked deposits or payments.
- The client will receive their money back within 5-7 days of making the first payment.
